The Role:

You will work with our on-site Manager Team assisting with front desk duties, laundry, housekeeping and other tasks around the property as required.

Ocassionally, as needed, you will be required to travel to our sister properties located in West Texas in the absence of the property Managers to look after the motel.

About you:

This is a part-time position with the possibility of additional hours based on occupancy and business needs of our motels.

The role is suitable for a Couple/Team who are ready to hit the ground running and assist our exisiting teams and care for our properties along with being accountable for the operations with the support of the Management team.

We are looking for an ideal couple/team who are customer service focused, dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated.

This position requires a structured lifestyle geared to guest hospitality and understanding the workload changes daily according to guest traffic and guest needs. Occasional after-hours guest interaction and communication can be expected when managing a property in the absence of the Manager.

The couple applicant must have exceptional customer service, have a willingness to learn, have computer skills, can multi-task, be detail oriented and be willing to perform maintenance tasks as needed.
