Looking for experience property managers that are hardowrking and dedicated
The Regional Managers are accountable for overseeing and managing the multi-site properties.
General responsibilities include:
- Ensure each property in the region is maintained to Company standards.
- Managing and training all staff.
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve resident complaints.
- Receive payments from residents.
- Become familiar with property management software.
- Prepare or renew the leases for residential lots.
- Prepare and deliver late notices and perform the legal filing process.
- Patrol communities regularly and maintain relationships with residents.
- Oversee efforts of maintenance staff and vendors.
- Handle general office duties and maintain files.
- Enforce and maintain community rules and regulations.
- Painting and repairing exterior of park-owned building.
- Mowing/trimming/edging/landscaping.
- Rehabbing used homes and preparing them to be marketed.
- Blocking, leveling, setting and connecting utilities (excluding any electrical live wires that are required to be completed by licensed professional) on homes entering the community (materials and training will be provided by management).
- Tearing down and disposing of homes.
- Repairing water main lines.
- Replacing water heaters, furnaces, etc. in rental homes.
- Minor roofing repairs.
- Ability to work outside for most of the day and juggle multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
- Will assist in locating and negotiating with outside vendors as necessary to maintain and improve community standards and condition
Minimum Qualification:
- Mus have Mobile home park management experience.
- Working knowledge of Computer skills (Microsoft office).
- Highly organized and disciplined.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to follow directions well.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Define and solve problems.
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, employees and supervisors.
- Availability to work Monday – Friday and Saturday and Sunday as required. On call for emergency maintenance as needed and must be available by cell phone.
