Seeking, mature, reliable couple interested in working/living in rural, beautiful southern Colorado. Motel is in Antonito, Colorado and is next to the scenic railroad, the Cumbres/Toltec Railroad. Must be able to relocate asap. Background check required.
Prior innkeeping/motel experience preferred, but will consider hard working couple with excellent customer service and maintenance skills. Monthly salary starts at $1200 a month, plus 1 bedroom, 1 bath onsite living quarters with all utilities paid. Motel currently operates mid-April through early-December. Responsibilities include online reservations, guest check-in/out, front desk service, reservation management, overseeing small housekeeping staff, and some laundry duties. Computer skills are required. Extra pay for some maintenance work beyond the basic upkeep.
