Ranch/Property Managing Couple Wanted - Macon, GA

Currently seeking a working couple to manage our ranch. The ideal couple will over see the entire property and all maintenance it requires.

The couple must posses the skills to train, feed, clean and take care of 7 horses. In addition be able to teach new riders and coach existing riders wishing to learn further riding techniques. The barn and stables must be clean and presentable at all times. In addition to the barn and horses the couple will be responsible for maintaining the 500 acre property which includes mowing trails and fields, manicure of all landscape around the houses and driveways. Furthermore being able to clean and perform all maintenance on a variety of ATVs, boats and tractor. The couple must have experience with tractors and other landscape equipment including zero turn mowers, string trimmers blowers and chain saws.

Ideally the couple will also be responsible for the upkeep of the houses, this will require house keeping, cleaning and changing of beds and sheets after each guest. In the event the couple is unable to perform all the duties of the job they must be able to hire and oversee outside contractors. During slower peeks some handyman work will be required such as painting, deck and dock repairs, etc.
