Ranch/Property Caretaker Couple - New Castle, CO

Caretaker Couple wanted to provide upkeep and maintenance for private property. Responsibilities will include repairs, maintenance and improvements of grounds and structures. 

Essential Duties:

• Maintain property grounds including watering, cutting grass, cutting brush, weeding, pruning, picking up leaves, trail clearing and road maintenance.
• Snow and ice removal.
• Removing garbage and debris from properties as needed.Cleaning up all grass clippings, tree branches and other leavings from grounds maintenance work.
• Maintaining buildings including, but not limited to, minor home repairs, cleaning power washing, painting, staining and caulking.
• Routine inspection of facilities to insure they are ready for use by family members.

Other Responsibilities:

• Taking care of pets and livestock including, but not limited to, watering, feeding and cleaning up after.
• Fence repairs and maintenance.
• Housekeeping for ranch facilities.
• Operation and maintenance of equipment and power tools including, but not limited to, small dozer, excavator, motorgrader,tractor, lawn mowers, utvs, chainsaws, grass trimmers and leaf blowers.

Knowledge/Skill Reqirements:

• Time management skills
• Knowledge of ranch and property maintenance
• Mechanical ability
• Ability to keep shop and tools clean and organized
• Confidentiality and integrity
