Ranch/Farm Hand and Caretaker - Bend, OR

Position requires employee(s) to live at the ranch. 1bd/1ba Apartment provided with most utilities paid as part of compensation. Apartment is new, but small and is not appropriate for a family or children.

Position requires employee to be in good health and ability to lift at least 50lbs regularly. Must have good communication skills, can manage their day without supervision, self starts tasks, can politely interact with people.

Example duties include but not limited to: Feed/Care for all animals on the ranch (includes horses, goats, pigs, cows, dogs), rotate and manage irrigation (both pivots and hand lines), maintain arena wetness and footing (when needed), keep ranch areas neat and well groomed, manage ranch supplies and reorder when needed prior to running out, aid with ranch events, help with various farming tasks, running ranch errands when needed, and maintain ranch security.

Candidate must have a clean driving and criminal record.
