Must have positive, can-do attitude. Looking for experienced person or couple to care for yard, ranch property, and many animals. Must be responsible, motivated, drug-free, clean, non-
smoking person(s) who is/are kind and compassionate towards animals (every animal counts no matter how small) and respectful of the environment and owner's privacy.
Primary
work includes ranch maintenance such as fence
repair, backhoe and tractor work, moving rocks,
filling squirrel holes, and yard maintenance
including pruning, weeding, trimming, planting,
mulching, and irrigation setup and repair.
Additional work with other employees includes
caring for many retired horses, donkeys, goats,
geese, peafowl, ducks, chickens. Lots of
cleaning of corrals, barns, water and food
dishes.
Horse and animal knowledge a plus, but can
learn. Must love outdoors, yard work, animals,
physical work. Will work most holidays and
weekends, with days off being two weekdays a
week. Looking for minimum three year
commitment.
Pay based on experience. Review at thirty and
ninety days. Health care plan begins at ninety
days. Three
BR mobile home on ranch. Must provide
