Couple for Ranch Work (Southern California)

We are seeking a dynamic and hardworking couple to join us at our 500-acre family retreat in beautiful Southern California. This position involves a variety of tasks that support the upkeep and improvement of our property. While we do have some animals, please note that this is not a working cattle ranch.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Maintenance: General upkeep of the ranch, including basic repairs, maintenance of buildings, and outdoor areas.

Gardening: Assist with landscaping and maintaining the gardens to enhance the beauty of the retreat.

Equipment Operation: Use of large machinery and equipment for various tasks around the ranch.

Housekeeping: Ensure that buildings are tidy, well-maintained, and ready for guests.

Hospitality Support: Help make sure our guest accommodations are comfortable and well-kept. Hospitality experience is a plus.

Project Support: Assist with ongoing projects, including property improvements and other ranch tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

General maintenance and handyman skills.

Ability to operate and maintain large equipment (tractors, etc.).

Experience in gardening and landscaping.

Hospitality or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to work independently and as a team.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
