Want to make a difference in a teenage boy’s life! Did you have a rough teenage experience and God rescued you? Would you want to use that experience to encourage today's teens to make different decisions? We might be a good place for you to Make A Difference in their life, helping restore their relationship with their families. Do You enjoy the cowboy / ranch / horse lifestyle? Do you have standards and are able to talk to frustrated teens directing them towards healthier thinking?

We are Rocky Mountain Frontier, rustic and in the high desert of North Western Wyoming, we are a residential male program set in a cowboy culture on a working family-owned ranch, ministering to adolescent boys and their families.  We live, work, play, and pray together to create Winds of Change in their lives; we are looking for mature single males or married couples who are adventurous, teachable, not easily offended, with good communication and conflict resolution skills willing to model healthy relationships of forgiveness, restoration and not holding a grudge. Can you provide tough love, balanced with building discipline and accountability, while staying in relationship with those around you.

We are looking for folks 21 and older who can pass a background check with no felonies, who can do 3.5 days on and 3.5 days off or day shifts, have a 4x4 vehicle, creative housing can be arranged, 5th wheels welcome, working May through November, or year around welcome
