Ranch Manager Couple - Vista, CA

Ranch Working Couple needed near Oceanside, CA in north San Diego County. One spouse for feeding, watering and cleaning of stalls for up to 25 horses. Maintenance projects as required prioritizing safety first. Horse training experience both English and Western preferred.

The other spouse will be needed for in-home caregiving for 81 year old grandmother and disabled working mom with severe joint pain. Family includes Father, mother, daughter and grandmother with ranch hand currently receiving room and board for cleaning stalls and feeding 20 horses. Need help with cleaning, washing, dishes, meals and keeping good company with grandmother (81) and working daughter (55+)

WIlling to offer 1 bed apartment on our 5 acre ranch for overall supervision of ranch and maintenance and horsemanship and horse training. Ministry background preferred. 6 hour days allow for income opportunities on the side that can be ranch related. Possible hay delivery income option if one of the couple posses a commercial truck drivers license for semi's.
