Ranch Manager Couple, Domestic Roles - Meridian, TX

Full-Time Ranch couple position in Meridian, Texas, 90 miles SW of Dallas. Domestic heavy for care of owners and guests. This is their 2nd home. They are in residence 2 to 3 weekends a month, usually with guests. Beautiful rural location overlooking hills and valleys.

Job duties include general housekeeping and organization, supply acquisition, meal preparation, serving, and clean-up. Grounds keeping and outdoor upkeep, vehicle care, pool maintenance, handyman duties, window cleaning, laundry and flower/garden care. Knowledge of wildlife management, native grasses highly desirable.

This is a working cattle ranch, although cattle is not this couple's responsibility. Home is about 7500 square feet with 7 bedrooms. Principals would like property to be guest-ready at all times. Must be proactive and have a heart for service. Would like to hire a Couple with excellent people skills and a strong work ethic.

Compensation includes a salary, and a 4 bedroom home and utilities located on the ranch. Ideal for empty-nesters, looking for long-term home. Flexible start date, but mid-December is the goal.
