Full Time Ranch Couple Needed to care for and maintain a vacation property and provide some personal service to family members when they are in residence. This is a second home to four related families who utilize the property throughout the year. The woman would need to keep the home clean all year, purchase fresh groceries before arrival, wash laundry, occasional ironing and provide family style meals and BBQ’s when requested. Plant and care for yard, flower gardens and pots. The man would be responsible for the groundskeeping the three acres of landscaped property around homes and various structures on the property. Trim trees, watering plants, mow lawns, maintain sprinkler system, care for and clean several vehicles, and ATV's. Basic trade skills and mechanical abilities needed for preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and troubleshooting. Assist with washing the windows and heavy projects and other deferred maintenance projects on the inside of the 4,800sf home. Provide airport shuttles and keep accurate accounts and records. They are looking for a cheerful, responsible couple who are friendly but respect privacy and boundaries. Please note the altitude at the ranch is 5,000'. Two bedroom unfurnished house with a patio is provided. Full health & dental insurance and salary commensurate with the job. Listing Number 599
