Ranch Couple Team - New Mexico

Ranch Management Couple Team needed for a 12,000 acre ranch and a 40,000sf home. Manage full-time staff and various part-time support staff while working hands-on-maintaining this extensive property and home. Must like the outdoors and animals. Responsible for caring for dogs and horses daily, finding coverage for days off. Livestock are run on a leased portion of ranch and require no responsibility- but basic knowledge of cattle a plus. Would provide service to owner, a single man with multiple properties, during his infrequent periods in residence as well as providing for his guests. This includes menu planning, grocery shopping and preparing and serving meals as well as driving when needed. Must have a working knowledge of complicated systems within the home. Must have experience in private service and strong management skills. Separate home on the property provided for the couple team. Salary DOE based on salary history.
