RANCH MAINTENANCE COUPLE - RANCH NORTH OF HONDO NEAR TARPLEY, TX

Resident on Ranch performing Maintenance on Lodge and Guest Houses, Daily Animal Care, Yard Maintenace around Lodge and Ranch Entrance,

Keeping Feeders on Ranch filled, Keeping Tools and Barns clean and neat.  Performing ranch dutis as requesed. 

Full time job of 40 hours for one, up to 20 hours for 2nd person.

Occational cooking for owners/guests a plus.   

Pay is $12 per hour plus furnished or partially frnished living quaters,  AT&T phone provided for ranch communication only, $100 electric allowance per month, possibility of employee receiving major medical insurance after requied waitin perod of 90 days, bonuses upon extra duties provided.   

Must be in good physica condition to lift hay bales, run protein buggy, repair fencing, mow and run weed eater, must have and maintain a valid drivers license, own vehicle transportation and must have good references.
