Ranch Caretaker Couple Wanted - Santa Margarita, CA

My wife and I just purchased a fairly large ranch 5 minutes outside of Santa Margarita, near San Luis Obispo, CA.

We are in the midst of packing up and moving from Mexico and Santa Monica with our 2 young children.
I am self employed while my wife raises our 2 kids and teaches Yoga.
We are excited to be raising our family in the Country away from the big city.

We require a couple to assist us in managing the property starting ASAP, Fluent in Spanish a Major plus!
Shills required are basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical and general labor skills such as using a chainsaw, weedeater, mower and so forth.
Cleaning and cooking for the family and the surrounding out buildings on the property is also part of the scope of work.

The Property is stunning and is in great shape with wonderful Mountain and Valley views.

Housing would be offered, the rest will negotiated once we find a suitable match for us and the property

Drug use and heaving drinking is not tolerated.
