P/T Camp Host and unique Maintenance RV Park Live in Year Round - Jackson, GA

Couples Get the best of both worlds! - Quiet countryside living with convenient access to the Atlanta, GA Metro Area. We are looking for a Host & Maintenance Couple to fill Year-Round Park-Time positions. Our RV Park is a small quiet 39 lot RV Park located 45min South of Atlanta approximately 1 mile off of Hwy 75. Animals are welcome and the park includes a large fenced-in dog park. Base compensation includes a full hook-up RV site, wifi, propane, laundry, cell phone stipend (for Host) and vehicle mileage and workshop access (for Maintenance). Hours not covered by base compensation are paid out at $12/hr.

Host position requires alternating working 3 & 4 days a week with approximately 4hrs/day for an average of 12-16hrs/week. Responsibilities include reservations, guest communication, collecting rent, cleaning, guest check-in/out, mail sorting, and assisting with emergencies. *Smartphone Requirement: BYOD (bring your own device). Hosts must own and maintain their own up-to-date smartphone that can handle mobile apps to access various park systems (security camera, doorbell, virtual phone, texting, photos, video, payments etc).

Unique Maintenance Position! - Part-time Park Employee / Park time Handyman Business. Share a large workshop with the park while running your own side business. Maintenance position requires 12hrs/week. Base compensation includes a private full hook-up RV site, wifi, propane, vehicle mileage, and laundry. Typical responsibilities include: mowing the lawn (operating zero turn mower), gravel road maintenance (operating small John Deere Tractor), tree trimming, chipping (operating wood chipper), clearing leaves, minor handyman repairs, landscaping, painting and assisting with emergencies. *Truck Requirement: BYOT (bring your own truck). Maintenance person must own and maintain their own truck capable of towing a 1 axle utility trailer.
