7 new Caravans for rent to tourists overnight at Entrance to the Big Bend National Park. 
Looking for a couple to perform maintenance, gardening (water cactus and prune, rake sand back into place), housekeeping (laundry and cleaning each unit after check-out takes me under 1 hour per camper), and be available to help guests if needed (they usually are very self-diffident!) if it's slow other little projects that may take 1/4 of day. We want to make sure you have time to explore and enjoy life!!

emergency health insurance is provided by Aflac and paid for 100% by employer.

You only have to buy food basically. 
housing is worth a lot down here, if you have your own caravan, you can bring it but monthly rent is $750 to park it after utility bills at all the rv parks here. So we consider housing to be worth $1000 since we are providing and paid for the unit etc. 

so housing is worth 12k

and we will pay you total $28k

thats $40k. If you bring your own housing then we will pay you $35k per year via contract labor or w-2.

This is an easy part time job, my last couple was with me for 3 years and recently found out they need to move to help their daughter with new baby.

Housing provided (caravan) 

1 child is acceptable to the living space provided.

Pets acceptable with security deposit, withheld from first few checks to the total of $1000 and given back the day you want to leave, if ever.
