PROPERTY MANAGER(S) FOR MANUFACTURED HOME COMMUNITY - Clarkston, MI

Management company seeking an experienced couple or an individual that is willing to live onsite. Must be able to provide outstanding customer service and have the ability to effectively grow & maintain occupancy levels. Will be responsible for tenant documentation and files, control delinquency beyond general rent collections and must be physically able to conduct daily walk-throughs of the community to inspect homes & homesites. Other responsibilities include leasing, marketing, resident relations, enforce community guidelines/rules, upkeep and maintain overall appearance of the property to ensure it is safe, neat & welcoming.

Ideal candidate(s) should be computer literate, have management experience, collections experience, customer service, and/or a sales background. Bilingual is a plus. Applicants are required to have a valid driver's license, High School Diploma or equivalent and must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug test. 

Compensation ranges from 40-55K DOE, includes free housing and utilities in addition to competitive healthcare and other reimbursement benefits. Please email resumes/salary requirements.
