Property Manager(s) and Maintenance Tech(s) for Manufactured Home Community - Chillicothe, IL

Currently seeking an experienced real estate professional(s) to join our team as an On-Site Property Manager(s). Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years experience as a manager of a multifamily community. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. Additionally, candidates must be organized and possess strong computer skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day to day operations of rapidly growing community
Manage leasing documentation, billing, collections
Maintaining and creating marketing strategies for the community and sales efforts
Sales/ Leasing of community homes
Enforce residential maintenance standards
Maintain thorough product and market knowledge on all properties through site visits and market research
Oversee and/or complete all activities related to occupancy, collections, delinquency, exposure, Accounts Receivable
Handle resident issues and manage the property's overall online reputation.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a property manager
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis.
Ability to train, develop, lead and mentor
Superior written and verbal communications skills
Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking skills
Extremely computer literate
Results oriented with the ability to balance all business considerations
