REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a team (2 applicants), live on-site in a management provided home and have computer & maintenance skills! Responsibilities are but not limited to:
Review and screen potential applicants
Rent Collection
Prepare Monthly reports
Maintain organized resident files
Enforce park rules
Promote positive resident relations through various programs, such as newsletters, activities, or potlucks.
