Property Manager Team - Mercer Island, WA

Property Management company looking for Property Manager Team (Looking for a exisiting team of 2 people) for a location in Washington.

The best candidates for the position will be a team that can oversee both the office and maintenance responsibilities of the community. The office work includes resident relations, depositing rents, issuing legal notices, resident screening, preparing leases for new residents, rule compliance, organizing community events, filing, answering phones and email and general office work. The maintenance work requires cleaning the grounds and common areas to include trash removal, edging, mowing and blowing. It also includes common area painting, entry level plumbing work, gate maintenance and some minor electrical and mechanical work. Compensation depends on experience and can include housing at some locations. Be Willing to relocate. We are an equal opportunity employer.
