Money Saver Storage Johnson Creek is seeking a Full Time Property Manager Team or Individual with great 5-Star customer service, sales and organizational skills to join our team in the lease up and operations located in Portland, Oregon.

Who You Are -
Upbeat, fun, problem solver, great communicator, people person you get the idea! You have great marketing skills, are a strong communicator, people person, and able to work independently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Must have 3-5 years of experience in any of following: Self-Storage industry, property management, apartment management, restaurant, hotel or customer service/sales. Onsite management a plus.

Customer service and sales are a top priority -- do you have an upbeat personality and a natural "A" game communicating with people?
Your top priorities include stellar customer service, excellent tenant relations, merchandising, general office, market surveys, leasing documents, light maintenance, excellent sales experience, communication and lead follow up with potential customers.
You will work closely with regional supervisor and corporate departments regarding leasing, operations, accounting and financial performance.
Bring Your Talents –
As the Property Manager you will manage the daily operations.
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in the Self-Storage industry, property management, apartment management, hotel/motel or customer service/sales.
- Proficient in MS Office, ability to multitask in a busy environment, have strong organization and self-time management – all valued skills you bring to the table.
- Basic math skills
- Be flexible to work 5 days a week, Tues - Sat
- Available to work one weekend day per week.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be able to complete custodial duties
- Administrative/office with minor maintenance experience - General grounds maintenance, clean grounds.
- Other tasks including but not limited to painting, gutter cleaning, trimming pathways, pressure washing and minor repairs. Snow shoveling and salting during the winter. Sweeping, hauling trash and cleaning.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Strong organization and time management skills
Compensation and Rewards -
$3300. - $3550.00. Monthly Salary, non-exempt OT
Quarterly bonus potential, Vacation pay, paid sick leave.
Onsite housing included.
Successful candidates are subject to a full background check.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
