Property Manager (Couple) - Sundance, WY

Beautiful 43 Unit Franchised motel located in the Black Hills of Wyoming looking for a property management couple.  Motel has a three-bedroom house for live-in managers. 

Candidate MUST have the follow to be considered:  Recent management experience in Hotel/Motel Management, Some basic maintenance experience,       Customer service driven oriented, Computer proficiency, and  Possession of a valid driver’s license.

Duties include (but are NOT limited to): Checking in/out guests, Minor maintenance and repairs, Recording & keeping required operational and maintenance records, Routine cleaning of rooms and common areas and laundry.
