Property Manager and Maintenance Team - Toledo, OH

We are looking for a Property Manager and Maintenance team for our Mobile Home Park in Toledo,OH. The park is a 80 space park and is going through a turn around. 

The Property Manager should meet the following requirements:

• 2+ years of property management experience either in Mobile Home Park or Multi-Family 
• Completed Fair Housing Training or certification
• Excellent multi-tasking and writing skills
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word/Excel 
• Able to handle 10 to 20 emails per day
• Oversee Capital Improvement projects
• Very organized 
• Have a professional demeanor towards residents
• Good negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple people doing mobile home rehab work
• Have Social Media experience like Facebook, Craigslist

Maintenance:

• Have 4+ years in Mobile Home Park or Multi-Family Maintenance experience
• General upkeep of the property including Mowing, Landscaping, Cleaning sewer issues
• Rehabbing mobile homes or Apt remodelling
• Bring your own tools and have a good trouble shooting knack to fix things

The base is $2,500/month Plus $250 for every  mobile home sold beyond the current occupancy.
