Estes Park Location. Now hiring a part time Property Manager/ Maintenance Technician or management team for a very small, 12 
unit affordable Multifamily housing community.

The community does not have 
an apartment for a manager, however the 
manager is welcome to apply for an 
aparment as an applicant and will be added to our waitlist, immediate housing is not 
available.. Experience in affordable housing and maintenance preferred,  however we 
will train the right person or team. Must 
have an eye for detail. Ability to set your 
own hours to accommodate other 
employment. 
Pay range is 1000 -1500 monthly.
