Looking for an experienced, dedicated, on-site management team to oversee senior mobile home community in Folsom, CA.
This two person team will be responsible for the daily oversight of the property. Experience in general office with strong communication and marketing skills, attention to detail, computer literate, collecting rent and making deposits, processing monthly reports, enforcing rules and regulations, issuing rule violation notices when necessary, screening prospective residents and processing new resident paperwork, landscaping, general maintenance and pool maintenance.
Job Qualifications:
1 - 3 Years property management experience
Proven proficiency in all areas of property management.
Strong organizational, analytical and decision making skills
Computer proficiency and knowledge og MS Word, Excel and property database software programs preferred
Open availability to work, including holidays
Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with residents, vendors, employees and supervisors
Knowledge of Title 25, Civil Code Residency Laws and HCD Laws preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand/walk for up to eight (8) hours per day
Abiltiy to reach with arms/hands
Required to regularly push, pull, lift or carry 50 - 75 pounds
Use of landscaping tools and pool chemicals
Must be able to climb using a ladder up to 20 feet
Essential Functions:
Ensure the community is properly maintained, including maintenance tools and company equipment
Complete all work in a timely manner without sacrificing quality
Maintain professional behavior which does not interfere with individual's work, the work of another team memeber or the community
Respond to emergency calls
Complete nightly rounds
Management team will be required to live on-site. Housing provided by the company
