Premier manufactured home community seeks an experienced team/individual to manage a beautiful 440 space manufactured home family community.

We are looking for a long term relationship with a management team who understands and can handle all the duties to maximize the successful operation of our community. Our 440 space community is one of the outstanding lifestyle residential facilities in the Pacific Northwest, located in Beaverton, Oregon.

Applicants must have a strong sales background, speak Spanish, as well as administrative skills (Yardi experience a PLUS) and maintenance/landscaping knowledge. Position provides salary, health insurance, housing and utilities, plus the opportunity to earn commission on community new and used home sales.
