We are seeking a highly ethical, experienced Property Management Team with appropriate experience and a proven track record of operating effectively across functional boundaries, building and sustaining external and internal relationships while using seasoned judgment coupled with integrity. Candidate must have the ability to thoroughly understand financial details.
The responsibilities for this position include:
- Property Managers will oversee vendors including housekeeping, landscape, maintenance, etc.
- Property Managers will handle guest needs during visit including transportation, catering and special event planning.
- Property Managers lives on site to oversee security and guest services. Contracts with security patrol service; installing and maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responds to emergencies.
- Accepts ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments and maintain budget.
- Position will also include general oversight, concierge services, and driving principle & guests.
Educational Background
Candidates should possess an appropriate degree. Proficiency in Windows-based PC software applications is required. The ability to maintain a high degree of confidentially, strong analytical capabilities combined with strong leadership, negotiation, and inter-personal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential. It is anticipated that any candidate that applies for and receives (or any currently holds this position, even on a temporary basis) will have the necessary level of competence to perform all of the functions listed above to the satisfactory level that is required for this position.
Compensation
We are providing a compensation package with a significant base salary plus bonus commensurate with a company our size.
