We are looking for an Experienced Resident Management Team Only.
Our company is currently looking to fill a position for a Resident Management Team for our 159 space All age Mobilehome Park in Riverside, CA. The position offers a double wide mobilehome, salary & vacation time. The management team must reside in the park owned mobilehome and are responsible to pay for their own utilities and any other services. We own and operate the Mobilehome Park and our Main Office generates all monthly statements for the residents and our Park Managers pass out the statements each month.
The job descriptions for each “Team” member are as follows:
Office Team Member ~
Office team member will run the office and handle all duties such as running credit checks on prospective residents, issuing and serving 3-day and 14-day notices, handle all rent payments and make deposits, handle the signing of all rental agreements, monthly reports, etc. This team member must have previous office experience and should also be familiar with “Title 25” and the “California Civil Codes” for mobilehome park residency. This position is one that requires experience handling Resident's with authority and tact as well as the general public. This position is M-F and office hours 9am-5pm and must be on-call for after hour emergencies only.
Park Maintenance Team Member ~
The Park Maintenance team member will handle all of the maintenance that the park requires including mowing and maintaining the green belt and all other common area landscape, pool/spa cleaning & maintenance, general maintenance of the clubhouse, water meter reading and reporting to main office, water meter change outs, etc. This position requires a good DMV record and a person in good pysical health. This team member should also be familiar with “Title 25” and the “California Civil Codes” for mobilehome park residency. This position is one that requires experience handling Resident's with authority and tact as well as the general public. This position is M-F 9am-5pm and must be on-call for after hour emergencies only and to cover for the Assistant Manager during their vacation periods.
We require a management team that has current Mobilehome Park Management experience and is capable to handle any and all situations that may arise and act as a positive reflection upon our company. We cannot stress enough that as Resident Managers our team is first and foremost employees and not considered “Residents”. Our Managers and Assistant Managers do not have resident privileges such as use of the clubhouse or swimming pool/spa, etc.
