Seeking a very reliable, hard working team or person for a 48 unit Elderly/ disabled affordable housing community. Affordable housing and maintenance experience is a plus, however will train the right person or team. Pay based on experience and team or single person. Can be hourly or salary. 28000 - 45000 a year.
