Stationed at Georgia property with travel to Colorado (or as requested by the family)
Time off between seasons at FOP/ Georgia and BVR/ Colorado
Schedule follows a 5 day work week, and an in season work week of 6-7 days (compensate time off in May and October)
Working holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas, July 4th and Labor Day
Report directly to Traveling Hospitality Manager(s)
Manage property housekeeping teams both in season and offseason
Establish and develop SOP, under Traveling Hospitality Manager, for the various buildings (family residences, guest residences and support buildings)
Assist with meal serving and interior tasks included but not limited to staging, equipment/gym set up, clothing management, packing and unpacking, and special requests of the family
Manage and complete laundry needs, establish SOP and family preference protocols
Assist with driving needs for family and guests
Candidate is expected to relocate and reside near the property (Boston, GA).
Therefore, housing and a vehicle will not be provided.
Candidate will be provided housing and vehicle when traveling to BVR/Colorado, or other family properties
Position includes medical benefit and 410K
