Property Management Couple for an 80 Unit Apartment Complex - St Petersburg, FL

An 80-unit apartment complex in the South St Petersburg, FL area is looking for an Onsite Property Management Couple. This has the potential to be a long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities:

The Property Management Couple, under the direction of the Owners, would be responsible for coordinating all aspects of apartment community operations, including but not limited to:

Speaking with current and potential tenants on the phone and in person.

Showing available units to prospective tenants and in taking applications.

Accepting monthly rents and performing bank deposits.

Performing some repair and maintenance work.

Communicating with and directing contractors.

Participating in and overseeing the turning of units to be rented.

Requirements:

The position requires, but is not limited to:

The ability to communicate effectively with people and present a positive, professional image.

Superior:

Organizational skills.

Office, communication and customer service.

Basic maintenance skills.

Basic computer skills:

Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and emailing.

Teachable and trainable.

Qualifications:

Two years' experience in residential property management or related fields.

Valid driver's license and vehicle required.

Willingness to have the following performed:

Background Check

Criminal History Check

Compensation:

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 for the Couple, depending on experience and qualifications.

Federal Holidays off.

Two weeks paid vacation yearly.
