Property Caretaking Position for Working Couple/Single - Rio Communities, NM

We are looking for people that have previous experience in caretaking of a property. Multiple skill sets, master of none, able to recognize how and when to throw a switch off or on, knows how to use a zero turn mower , mend a fence, weed, water landscape, amend soil, assist with  creating a community garden space , enjoy being out side.

We are lookng to install landscape and have it maintained.  Our community is 3 acres with 33 sites and in need of a grounds keeping crew.   We will have several units available for short term rentals and care taking would require ensuring that the unit is in tip top shape for the guest.  Assist with any guest reported property issues.  Short Term Rental Cleaning is hired out but could be part of compensation if so desired.  There are no public buildings to be maintained.
