Caretaker for East Texas Property

A couple, non-smokers, are needed to manage and maintain

(1) house,  (2) apartment, and (3) a commercial building for an absentee owner.

Some experience is required in trade skills and lawn care.  Compensation is

A rent free furnished apartment and commissions from leasing the property.

This is part-time work for a long-term commitment.
