Caretaker position available in Lake Tahoe, Nevada

Seeking professional team to handle all aspects of maintenance, apartment turn-overs, property upkeep and resident contact.

Must be able to pass criminal background check, drug testing and have current driver's license. Quickbooks experience a plus!

Property is a 39 unit apartment building located approximately 4-blocks from Lake Tahoe with private beach access.
