private farm short term - Burton, TX

We have 60 acres with an 8 acre pond and 5 buildings.   We have an RV hookup and a small cottage I have rented as an air BnB during the antique festival

in Roundtop.  Either could be used for accomodations.  I am going to list all the things that would be attractive to us but I certainly don't expect them to all be in one couple.  That is why this is short term.  I can never get caught up and i can concentrate on one or two of these things and maybe the next people will have other strong points.  I just feel overwhelmed at everything that needs to be cleaned, powersprayed, etc.

There are fallen limbs all over the property.  I have a large rock pile I need moved.  someone who knows their way around a tractor would be nice. Landscaping skills would be nice.

We want an organic garden.  Someone who is good at gardening or aquaponics could help us get set up.  I would like to learn more vegetarian cooking.  

vines need to be cleared off of fences and  leaves blown off the driveway and patio and just getting this place looking good.  Pond management skills would be good. Our fish are overpopulated and starving. I need to get some out.  I just feel overwhelmed with everything that needs to be done yet its not enough for a full time job.  

I'm pretty flexible on how many hours you want to work.  20 hours per week would be good.

I would like to hear what YOU guys are good at.  If you think you have something to offer let me know and also if you just want to trade an RV hookup or housing for 

less hours or if you want to work harder and recieve pay.  If we move forward I need to have referrals and will do a records search.
