Private Estate/ Island Management Couple - Stuart Island, BC

BC, Canada based family are seeking a long term caretaker couple for a remote private island resort. (Noncommercial)

Ideal couple would have either a yachting background or previous experience managing private large estates in remote areas. Along with a strong skill set to fit the position of the management  couple  must be discrete and always exercise confidentiality. 

At least one will should  have a boating background due to the location. The combined team will be responsible for managing the interior of each building ,service for guests, oversee maintenance on the fleet of boats,  and the maintenance of the entire property.  Busy schedule during the season ( May to Sept ), in which additional seasonal staff assist in operations. During the off season,  maintenance and care for the property is preformed.  A full detailed job description and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.  

A beautiful new 2 bedroom management  quarters are provided with food budget, along with full utilities, Internet , TV,  cell phone.  A world class benefit package is being offered,  which  includes a $5000 annual travel credit, health and dental and retirement benefits .  The salary for the management  couple is $110.000, depending on experience , with 8 weeks off during the winter season and 2 additional weeks throughout the year.
