**Position Available: Live-In Estate Caretaker Couple in Beautiful Rollins, Montana**

Calling a dynamic couple retired over the age of 55. Must possess a passion for maintaining beautiful property! The opportunity is for a handyman-landscaper couple with a love for the outdoors and a knack for home maintenance.

As our caretaker couple, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Maintaining and caring for outdoor areas from Spring through Autumn. This includes mowing, weed-eating, gardening, and plant care, helping with water toy setup and storage.

- Once a week upkeep and cleaning of the residence and the guesthouse as needed. We value the meticulous touch and pride in maintaining a tidy environment.

- Making minor repairs around the property. Handyman skills are a must as we like to keep our residence in top shape.

- Scheduling and coordinating with contractors for any major repair or improvement projects. Strong communication and organizational skills will serve you well here.

During Spring thru Autumn the husband will be expected to work 5 days-40 hours a week, the partner will work for 4 hours each morning, 5 days a week. During the winter months (November - April), when the residence is closed, your combined work hours will reduce to about 10 hours per week.

In return for your dedication and skills, we offer a salary and a two-bedroom apartment complete with a yard and a two-car garage.
