WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
Looking for team member(s) with friendly demeanor, attention to safety, and ability to follow instructions while working independently.
Prefer resident employee(s) but will also consider nearby non-resident(s). Small RV may be made available for living accommodation if applicant does not own an RV.
Work Hours: Flexible schedule. Ideally looking for long-term team member(s). Much of the work is seasonal. Less work in the Winter, more work in the Spring/Summer/Fall.
Compensation: $20 per hour range depending on experience.
Seasonal support needed:
April - September: 10-15 hours/week
- Mowing and Edging
- Sprinkler system repair and maintenance – replace heads and/or nozzles as needed; PVC repairs.
- Start of leaf blowing and removal
October – December: 5-10 hours/week
- Continued leaf blowing and removal.
- Seasonal placement & removal of empty 50-gallon insulating plastic drums over water risers (approx. 40 lbs.)
January – March: <5 hours/week
- Occasionally remove snow in front of office building and in front of dumpsters to provide safe access during inclement weather.
- Occasionally apply heat tape to RV space water risers to prevent freezing during extreme cold weather.
Misc:
- Occasionally clean out and dispose of items left behind in storage units.
- Occasional very minor plumbing repair
- Small repair projects from time to time
Experience preferred. Training support available for the right candidate. We supply all necessary tools and supplies.
Groundskeeper needs a vehicle with hitch to haul small utility trailer to the yard debris station two miles away to dump leaves and yard trimmings. We supply the utility trailer and gasoline. Conversational English needed for training and communication with owner. Background check at employer’s expense.

About the area: We enjoy a four-season climate in the “Wild West” near the mighty Columbia River. Geat opportunity to explore the beautiful Pacific Northwest region. Locally, there are great recreational opportunities for boating, fishing, kayaking, and hiking. Among other things, you can explore nearby old west towns, rodeos, Native American exhibits, pristine high desert lakes and craggy mountain ranges. We love it here, and maybe you will too!
