Now hiring a Parking Facility Supervisor to assist the Parking Facility Manager in directing daily activities of the parking facility, coordinating staff, and associated concerns of similar areas.
$300 travel stipend available for full-time employees starting between August 1st and September 15th! Employee must work a minimum of 60 days and an average of 40 hours/week to qualify. Will be paid on first paycheck. Fall 2023 seasonal contracts only.
The Details:
Dates: Starts immediately and extends until October 30th, 2023
Pay: $15.45/hour
Housing: RVs must be self-contained - interior working kitchen and bathroom (toilet/shower). Must be in overall good condition and newer than 1980. There are NO kitchen or bathroom facilities at the RV park. Can support 30 and 50 amps.Limited RV sites are available in Keystone, SD for $70/week. Two employees desired for each RV.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain various reports.
- Work with guests to arrange and follow through on all parking related details and to ensure all special requests are met.
- Acts as a liaison between the guest and the property staff. This person participates in arranging and cording parking details, bus tours, special events, employee parking and other occurrences that require parking.
- Lead, train and inspect performance of assigned staff, ensuring that all procedures are completed to company and property standards.
- Assists parking manager with inspecting the parking facilities to ensure that equipment and buildings meet requirements of state and local health codes and safety regulations.
- Investigates and resolves customer service complaints with the assistance from the parking facility manager.
- Analyzes information concerning facility operation such as daily staffing, patron attendance, and labor costs to assist in maintaining cost control of facility operations.
- Oversees scheduling of employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
