Park Management Couple - Inverness, FL

We are looking for a couple to manage/maintain our lakeside park. This park has a bit of everything... 85 mobile homes (55+), 16 rv sites, 12 rental cottages and a couple of boats.

The vast majority of the residences are permanent. The office side of the job involves taking reservations, collecting rents and just making sure that everything is running smoothly. The maintenance side requires working side by side with a small maintenance staff  to make sure that the grass is cut, the sewer plant is operating, renovations and up keep are being performed and generally everything that os broken is fixed.

Compensation if $20,000/year plus accomodations in a doublewide mobile home. 

This is a permanent full time position. Relevant experience is a must. You will be the face of this park so an outgoing personality is important as well as the ability to self motivate. Position is expected to be available around January 1, 2018.
