Park Attendant Willow Grove Campground, Dale Hollow Lake, TN. Bid due by Jan. 15, 2016 - Allons/Livingston, TN

Dale Hollow Lake, operated by the US Army Corps of Engineers, is located in central Tennessee and Kentucky.  Dale Hollow Lake is a beautiful crystal clear lake surrounded by forested hillsides and is known for a variety of water and land based recreation including fishing, boating, and camping just to name a few.  We also lay claim to the world record small mouth bass.  Dale Hollow is a vacation destination and is centrally located about a 2 hour drive from Lexington, KY and Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga, TN.

We are immediately accepting contract bids for a summer workamping couple at Willow Grove Campground.  Willow Grove is located approximately 20 miles from Livingston, Tennessee off highway 294. 

The area contains 83 campsites each containing a picnic table, grill or fire ring, and camping pad. Many sites are equipped with water and electric hookups. Other facilities located within the campground and day use area include four washhouses/restrooms, dumping station, one boat ramp, two parking lots, amphitheater, volleyball court, playground, picnic shelter, nature/hiking trail and a swimming beach. The day use is attached to the campground and contains a picnic shelter and small parking lot. The campground/day use is located adjacent to privately owned Willow Grove Marina. The Period of Performance in the Base year (CY 2016) will be 20 May 2016 through 9 September 2016 (82 work days-included two days for training if needed).  Three additional option years exist for a total of a four year contract (2016 to 2019).
