Bayfield, WI.  On the Lake.  5 rental rooms and Operators quarters w/ living room and fireplace, sliding door and deck overlooking Lake Superior, one bedroom and office downstairs, one large 'loft' style bedroom upstairs.    Two stall garage, one stall for Operators use.  Full basement.

Excellent opportunity for Caretaker/Operator couple.  Most of the work is during the summer “high” season of June through September.  Take reservations, greet and settle guests, provide a morning breakfast basket, turn rooms, launder linens, yard/landscape maintenance, etc.  General building repairs, upkeep, maintenance and painting; much the same as owning your own home.

This is full time work over the summer season with much of the winter off.  Not intended as a primary source of income, but an excellent supplement to your retirement income or working at home with a spouse earning a living outside the home.

Compensation is in the $30k range based on a combination of housing, utilities, and a monthly paycheck.  Pay plan is based on mutual goals and incentive to exceed historic rental history.
