Opening for Management Person or Team - Just Getting Started in MHC - Caretaker - Basic Computing & Maintenance - South of Seattle, WA

This position requires the management person team live full time onsite. 


This specific community is looking for a management team who likes to be out and about and get the job done. Landscaping experience is a huge plus, and our team should not be shy about digging in to bring the community up to its' potential value. Tasks include mowing lawns in the common areas, trimming trees and shrubs, touring the grounds, picking up dropped trash, and contacting the appropriate vendor in case of an emergency.

Work hours are a standard work week with weekends off. There is a high degree of flexibility within this schedule and as a result; individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving, logical processing skills and a hands-on approach to the task at hand. 

Our Resident Management team oversees every aspect of the community.

This job requires that you will be comfortable working on your own, self-direction is required You must be a Self-Starter, as well as being motivated to complete each task promptly while providing unmatched customer service and quality workmanship.

• Clean driving records are a plus!
• Computer literacy and a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

Compensation: 
• Home / Living Quarters & Utilities Paid, and monthly stipend.
