Onsite Mobilehome Community Manager Team - San Jose, CA

Seeking management team (Office Mgr and Maintenance Mgr) for onsite management of 55+ mobile home community in San Jose, California.  Medium sized community with submetering of gas, electric and water.  Small pets allowed.  Onsite housing provided in 1970's home 2 bedroom 2 bath.

This is a quiet community located in southern end of San Jose.  Pool maintenance, landscaping, meter reading, common area maintenance and janitorial are all done by Maintenance Manager and rent collection, billing, invoicing, occupancy reporting, and customer service done by Office Manager.   There is a part time porter / maintenance position that would be under direction of Maintenane Manager.  Company truck available for work duties.  Compensation includes housing, utilties, salary, holidays and benefits.
