Our motel is a charming 20-room motel nestled in the heart of Eugene. We pride ourselves on offering our guests a comfortable and memorable stay. To maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, we are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team.

**Responsibilities:**

As a Motel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, order, and upkeep of our 20 rooms. Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:

- **Room Cleaning:** Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and ensuring that all surfaces are spotless.
- **Bathroom Maintenance:** Ensure that bathrooms are sparkling clean, with clean towels and amenities stocked.
- **Laundry:** Manage the laundry operations, including washing, drying, and folding linens, as well as ensuring clean and fresh bedding and towels in each room.
- **Minor Maintenance:** Identify and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in guest rooms or common areas, such as light bulbs, plumbing, or furniture repairs.
- **Restocking:** Replenish guest room supplies, such as toiletries and coffee, and ensure all rooms are well-stocked and ready for the next guest.
- **Organization:** Keep housekeeping carts and supply rooms organized and well-stocked.
- **Adherence to Standards:** Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols to maintain the motel's high standards and ensure the safety and satisfaction of our guests.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
- A proactive and can-do attitude.
