Onsite Hotel Manager Couple - Santa Cruz, CA

We are seeking an energetic, positive and capable couple to manage our 30 unit property in Wastonville, CA. Previous hotel management knowledge and experience required. Computer literacy required.

Duties include guest relations, rate management, marketing, managing housekeeping staff, ordering supplies, maintenance and some laundry & housekeeping. Good people skills a must!

Couple must be able to undertake all aspects of daily operations, including front desk duties, handling guest issues with composure, maintaining a clean property and be detail-oriented.

Compensation: spacious on-site apartment with ocean views. All utilities paid, appliances included. Salary compensation based on experience.
