Onsite hotel management to optimize business and manage daily operations - Webster, TX (only a few miles from NASA Spacecenter in southeast Houston, TX)

Recently renovated 63 room franchise hotel in search of a hands-on couple to help manage hotel operations and optimize revenue.  The ideal couple has a passion for hospitality and enjoy making a positive impact for our hotel guests.  The ideal couple is also business savey in operating the hotel to it's maximum potential while mitigating costs to ensure profitability.  The ideal couple would be honest, hard working, self-motivated, experienced, goal-oriented, customer focused, and possess complimenting skill sets to handle all aspects of hotel operations including revenue management and sales/marketing. 

General responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Manage and motivate staff to create/maintain a family culture and continuously challenge ourselves to exceed our own expectations

• Maintain and enhance property and guest rooms to be the benchmark for our market

• Make every effort to ensure our guests make a "sun"sational experience each and every time

• Operate in accordance to Days Inn franchise standards

• Develop a strong trust relationship with senior management by providing transparency in reporting and daily communication 

Compensation includes negotiable base salary and performance based incentives on revenue growth, costs reduction, and online review rating.  Open to discuss how we can help each other for a win-win relationship.
