Motel/Hotel Innkeepers - Saint Robert, MO

Looking for Innkeepers to operate motels in Central Missouri and Central Wisconsin.  Properties range from 25 to 65 rooms.  Onsite manager's apartment available.

Saint Robert, Missouri is one of the locations.  Others are in Central Missouri and Central Wisconsin.

Ideal candidates will have prior motel/hotel experience and be able to handle maintenance tasks.

Duties will include checking in guests, cleaning rooms, maintenance tasks, maintaining property and marketing.  

Some properties will need renovations, so candidates with flooring, plumbing, painting, dry wall, etc... experience a plus.

Experence with online websites like TripAdvisor.com, Expedia.com, Booking.com, Hotels.com, etc... a plus.

These would be long term positions with the ability to move into other properties owned by our group within Missouri and/or Wisconsin.

Jobs would begin in May or June of 2018.
