Motel Residential Management Couple - Watsonville, CA

We are seeking a couple to manage our 30 unit property located in Watsonville, California.

We are looking for a two person team that is honest, dependable and self-motivated.  Prior experience preferred as in-house resident manager.

This is a full-time year round position.

Duties include, but are not limited to: 

•   Guest relations and reservations
•   Maintenance and some laundry
•   Managing housekeeping staff and ordering supplies
•   Management of Rates

Skills:

•    Prior onsite management experience a plus
•    Knowledge of computers
•    Experience in light maintenance/handyman skills

Requirements:

•     Live on premises and provide night service when necessary
•     Pass background check

Compensation: Spacious onsite apartment with small yard. All utilities paid, Wi-Fi and appliances included. Salary compensation based on experience.
